The Heart Behind Lovely Alabaster

Hello & welcome.

My name is Latial Warner, founder of Lovely Alabaster — though many know me simply as “The Candle Lady.”

I’ve always believed fragrance has a way of holding emotion inside of it. Certain scents can instantly bring us back to moments we thought we had forgotten — a kitchen filled with warmth, a holiday gathering, a peaceful morning, a familiar embrace, or laughter shared with people we love.

Before Lovely Alabaster became a business, it first began as something personal — a creative outlet rooted in peace, comfort, memories, and meaningful moments.

As a mother of three and military spouse, life has taught me the beauty of slowing down and appreciating the moments that matter most. Through fragrance and creativity, I wanted to create experiences that felt welcoming, calming, warm, and meaningful for others too.

What I love most about creating is knowing that fragrance becomes part of people’s lives in deeply personal ways.

A candle can remind someone of home.
A fragrance can bring back a memory.
A gathering can create a connection.
A peaceful atmosphere can help someone breathe a little easier.

That is what Lovely Alabaster means to me.

It is more than candles.
More than fragrance.
More than workshops.

It is creating moments people can truly feel.

From candle-making experiences and fragrance blending to fellowship gatherings, celebrations, wellness experiences, and meaningful community moments, every detail is thoughtfully designed with care, warmth, and intention in mind.
