Booking & Retainer Information
A nonrefundable but transferable retainer is required to reserve all experiences.
Public Experiences
- $20 transferable retainer required to reserve your seat
Private Experiences
- 30%–50% retainer required, depending on the booking type
Remaining balances may be due prior to the scheduled event date.
Mobile Experience Information
Lovely Alabaster offers mobile fragrance experiences throughout:
- Suffolk
- Hampton Roads
- surrounding areas
Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
Payment Options
Payments may be made securely through our Shopify store.
Additional payment options, including Square invoices and Cash App, may be available for select private events and custom bookings.
